I purchase an LCD monitor 9-28-05 which I had questions about. Customer support phone rings off the wall and nobody answers it. Email response did not address questions.
I later did not receive the rebate associated with this purchase and was unable to get any response at all from this company when I emailed for help with the situation. Again, the customer support phone just rings off the wall and nobody answers it.
