The company issues a 10 day trial period. I never used the service i have sent numerous email trying to cancel this service the first day i got it. I have sent multiple emails to every department availible on the "contact us" page. No one has responded. When i try to cancel threw an automated process, it will tell me my user name doesnt exist. Finally today i got an email which was billing my credit card. These people have not responded to me all week after numerous emails, and now they are trying to bill me. Please put a stop to this fraud!
