This company offers a three day trial period and then makes it impossible to cancel within those three days ripping you off for $74.97 as well as 19.97 for Expense Tracker (888.228.5906) that is connected to it.
I documented multiple calls to two different customer service numbers (866.385.4797 and 877.204.7407, which they said was Google haha). Either all circuits were busy or I was on hold for up to thirty minutes and had to hang up to deal with other responsibilities. I did not want to work with a company that I could not contact successfully, but was not able to get trough and cancel within the three day trial period. I sent an email to customer service and received an automated response that they would be getting back to me withing 1-2 days, but I did not receive any additional emails.
I finally manged to get through several days after the trial period to cancel, but could not get the initial charge refunded due to it being past the trial period - nevermind that I couldn't get through.
Everytime I got through to speak to someone, I was told I had to be transferred to Billing although that is the option I pressed from the automated system. (???) I never got through to billing.
I did get a rep who was going to contact billing and get back to me by last Friday (11.27), but I am not surprised I did not get a call that day or since.
I think a class action suit should be brought against these folks.
*NOTICE..!! This ripoff has nothing to do with Google search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Google name to fool consumers.
