This company called me at the request of one of my customers to do a warantee repair. Vac Services offers an extended warrantee. When a repair need arises, they contact a local computer tech to do the work. The subcontractor supplies the parts and his/her time. Vac Services Corp is then supposed to reimburse for the part and the time. Apparently, they don't. They tell you up front that they pay within 30 days. It has been over 100 days. At first when I called them they were going to look into it. Then they stopped answering my calls. I had the customer call them to which they replied that I had not sent the serial number which I had. I have since reported the serial number to them many times. I get no answers from emails, phone calls, or faxes. This is a scam. If you are a computer tech reading this please don't waste your time.
