I cancelled my service with this outfit in February of yet continued to receive billing notifications and domain name renewal notifications.
I cancelled the service due to poor technical support and customer service. Calling their "support" line is futile (and not toll-free). Filing a "trouble ticket" is also useless. The responses are usually turned around in 24-48 hours - regardless of the severity of the issue.
Support techs never sign their names to "closed" trouble tickets and attempting to contact them via email is just as useless...
Today, letters will be going to the company as well as the NJ Attorney General's Consumer unit to request that my money be refunded - even after they charged my credit card AFTER being told not to!
