This company doesn't have any tech, it uses subcontractors and ask them to sign a contract that state, they are an employer of the company. Though they don't pay any taxes for the IRS.

First statement is illegal to be used by Federal law, every time a tech ask them about there contract, they delete there account

No negotiation of contract.
Don't use them use local company, they are just a middleman, they never met any person they send to your house.
