I have read all these reports and responses but not one have mentioned if they got a refund? I have emailed the company several times with no response. Everything others have said applies to me too. I have asked if they have a buy back program, even if I get some of my money back that would be nice. It was my stupid mistake to spend most of my savings to buy this program. Most all trades made were loosing trades. I want to cancel my feed ($100 month) but was just charged again for another month. My savings/investment money is gone (most taken by this $3200 software. If there is a class action against this company I would like to be included.
Mr. Johnson, Yes I am a client. Check your deposit from my bank, you are takeing money from me still. It would be nice if you or someone can contact me. I have lost my job and can't continue being charged. Again, I would like a refund on the software and 6 dvd disk package. I don't excpect a fefund on the feed fee. Please help. This is one mistake I can't afford to loose all my money on. When I do get a refund and the feed fee stopped I will make note on this site that I was satisfied by your company. Thanks
