Yes, I am one of the unsavvy, inexperienced and gullible masses who fell for 4X Made Easy. At a crossroads in my life and with a few extra bucks in my pocket I heard about their infomercial, went to their orientation and fell for their hype.
The infomercial made it seem flawlessly simple, the slickly packaged orientation made it seem like a little known secret that we chosen few were lucky enough to get in on. After the first orientation given by Blake Morrow himself my friends and I were hooked. A month later we were back, money in hand. We could hardly wait for the program to end so we could pay for our copy of the software. Yes, the price seemed ridiculous, but look what we were getting... The software, a full day of training and online and phone support whenever we needed it. It seemed like they would be with us every step of the way, determined to help us be rich... Fast.
It also seemed simple, very simple. Everything we needed to know would be explained until we understood and could do it on our own.
Unfortunately reality did not hit hard or fast enough for us to get our money back a week later at the one day training (which is the only opportunity you have to get your money back). After playing with our software for a week we were sure that this would be simple once we fully understood the operation of the forex market and GlobalTec would teach us this. So we went to the training and kept our software.
It was all downhill from there. We were concerned about the $99 a month feed that we needed to use the software, but figured we would make it back easily enough... Wrong! We were concerned when GlobalTec encouraged us to use the Tracker software... Another $99 a month feed that became an annoyingly audible reminder that we weren't making any money at all. We were concerned that we couldn't afford the $300 extra 3 day training that would "help" us understand and use the software to make lots of money easily.
We studied day and night, read all the websites, watched the software arrows, learned to identify the trends, but after all this there was always one more program or feed that we had to purchase to ensure our success.
We fed money into this program for months, we learned everything we could about the forex market. Yet, we still made no profit. I must admit we did make money and sometimes it was easy, but the next minute, hour, day it was gone. We lost much more then we ever made.
Finally when we couldn't afford even the monthly feed, we gave up. Without the feed we couldn't use the software, without the software we couldn't make money. Oddly enough none of the staff from GlobalTec who were there to "help us every step of the way"... Even noticed that we were gone. No calls, no letters wondering what they could do to help, nothing. Only mass mailings encouraging us to buy the latest feed or training.
GlobalTec preys on everyone equally. People who know nothing about the market, GlobalTec promises you don't need to... Just follow the arrows. People who have been investing for years, this is a new way to learn a new market... Easy and fun. It's easy to find these people online, the 4X Made Easy boards are full of people who are "that close" to making it, but never do. Try and find the ones who are making big money or any money at all and no one answers.
4X Made Easy is a scam, a big, expensive, brightly packaged SCAM. There will always be people trying to make an easy buck, trying to find the secret knowledge that no one else has... I'm just sorry I was one of them.
I would like to say that when my friends and I invested in 4X Made Easy we were impressed with the personal support we received. We made an agreement that if this worked for us we would do everything we could to spread the word so that others could benefit. Now we feel that it's our responsibility to spread the word so that others won't get caught in their web of false hope and deception.
