After purchasing the 4X Made Easy software package, and making "paper trades" for three months, I am unable to see how my trades have done. The Account Manager shows wild swings in amounts gained and lost, even when there is no real activity on the currency pair traded. When I asked the technical staff what was happening, I was told that the software was being re-written, and would be updated around the end of the year.
So far I've contacted the company with several other issues, and have always been told they were working on the problems.
My $3,258.56 investment, plus the $100 monthly "feed" fee does not seem to me to be worth what I have paid, particularly when I will be paying a couple of hundred dollars more before the software is "fixed". I would very much like to return the materials for a refund, and I probably am the only Howard on the list of customers in Issaquah, WA.
