I used to have America Online as my internet provider for my home based computer. Last June I cancelled my AOL account on line. The next month July they took the money out of my bank account and also did the same for August. I finally had to close that account so they could not charge me anymore money. I tried to get an online response and was told that I had used the internet connection and of course I was using the connection to try and get them to stop billing me. I am still being sent bills for $77.00 and a collection agency is now trying to collect from me and I told them that I had cancelled the service and will not pay the bill, but they are now reporting bad credit on my credit report. Watch out for America Online.
