On 2-22 I cancelled my "Credit Expert" report. The rep (Francis] that I spoke with assured me that this account had been cancelled and I would not have charges taken out of my checking account again. On 3-18 I checked my account balance to find CIC took another $9.95 out of my account.
I called credit expert again, [Ken] assured me this was a glitch and it had been credited to my account on 3-15. He also told me that this has happened to 100's of people. Who is goofing who the money came out on the 18th and was credited on the 15th. This has to be considered a RIP OFF 100's times $9.95.
