Com Account cancelled by Phone, but not actually cancelled and Bank account debited over months Ripoff

I cancelled my Tivo account in and just recently found that they were still debitting my account.
On cantact Tivo claims they never received an account cancellation, but they do admit that my tivo box has not dialed up for service in over 6 months.

Their poilcy is not to give credits or refunds, even on fraud billing such as this.

When I cancelled the account the obnoxious concultant was only interested in me retaining the account and even when I said "Dammit just cancel the account and put the phone down they still did not cancel the account.
