I was looking for a company thast could submit my website to online shopping malls for me so I did not havce to do it myself. I came across www.megawebpromotion.com who advertised that your site will be submitted to OVER 5,000 online shopping malls for $29.95. Sounded just like what I was looking for, but after I paid I soon realized this does not seem like a comapny at all.
They took the money and never sent me a confirmation of my website being submitted to the online shopping malls nor did they email me my username and password for their site. This was suppose to be an instant submission, but after 2 days of recieving nothing from them I proceeded to email them. They responded they would send it within 24 hours (at this point already 2 days late).
I stated that was fine and thanked them for taking care of this for me. The next day no email was received, so I proceeded to email them again asking where the confirmation email was to show that the site was submitted to the over 5,000 online shopping malls. They responded give us yet ANOTHER 24 HOURS. I did, and again no email form them after yet another 24 hours. I emailed them again, and was told again wait yet another 24 hours again.
I did then after not receiving the confirmation or username for their site I proceeded to email them again. This went on for well over a week where I would email them and they would state give us 24 more hours. 7 times we were told to wait 24 more hours and they never sent us anything as they stated they would, and as we paid for. After 9 days after the instant submission was suppose to be sent we proceded to email them and asked them just to direct us where our site was listed in any of the over 5,000 shopping malls that I paid for the site to be listed in, and they did not respond.
I proceeded to email them again asking for either a confirmation report or 10 urls where my site was listed with these online shopping malls, again no reply. Finally after 9 days of this I proceeded to email them one last time explaining my next course of action including filing here at usacomplaints.com and filing a chargeback, and again no response. Thus company is a joke and I am sure will not be here long since they do not provide the services customers pay for. I had to file a complaint with Payapl to get the money refunded for this transaction since the site I purchased from stopped responding all together. This is a bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, company in my opinion and based on my experience and I would NEVER tell anyone to go here as they are a joke and provide no service.
