What started out to be a descent webhost turned out to be a nightmare from hell. Their servers don't work half of the time anymore and to top it off, I had discovered on my reseller panel that they deleted 4 of my domain names without an explanation from them as to why. I had to go to such trouble to find a new webhost again and ditch rapidgrid.
It's sad that more and more web hosts are becoming cheap with their servers and charge a lot of money and expect a customer to pay the money for piss poor service.
