GameTag.com Never paid for my account but have changed the account email and password

On the 29 March I submitted my Lineage2 to there web site asking for a price they would buy it for.

I proceeded to fill out the information on the 2nd page and submitted it, after a few hours I logged onto there web site to track the order and it came back with "Offer Sent "

After looking at there FAQ it states "Offer Sent
Please resubmit your account again to our website as your submission did not process."

I resubmitted my account but this time got no confirmation email or new order number, I sent them a email but got no reply. On the 1st of April I received 2 emails

Someone at IP... Has logged into your NCsoft account. If you did not perform this action, please contact support immediately at [email protected].

Someone at IP... Has changed the e-mail address associated with your account.

If you did not make this change, please contact support immediately at [email protected].

They have locked me out of my account and changed the game password, I have sent them emails and tried to contact them through there 24/7 Live help with no response.
