I ordered 9 pieces of clothing online, total of 178 US dollors, by following the appropriate check-out procedures. Their website is http://www.color-shopping.com/. After the transaction went through (I received confirmation email from Paypal stating that the transaction has went through), the owner of the online store sent me an email asking more money for the shipping and negotiated that if I don't want to pay more on shipping I could take a few pieces of clothing off my list. I checked complaints and forums online about this company, who obviously had a history of scamming like this, e.G. Asking for more money after their check-out procedure was purposefully set all shipping as "0" and then negotiate with the customers—“oops, by the way, you haven’t paid your shipping yet”, and “or you may take some items off your list”. This online store has a reputation of doing things like this and/or asks customers to take a few items off because so many of their items were out of stock or they had no correct sizes or colors for the orders. I asked for a refund but they have not returned my email so I filed a complaint with Paylpal.com and try to get my money back that way. The store is a scam and customers should be warned about their way of doing business.
