I had been an Access4less.com user a couple of years ago & was happy with the service. I decided I need to cut down on expenses so decided to return to their service without hesitation. I did not join thru the internet, but called direct. I gave the customer service representative all my information including my credit card. Immediately following the download my computer completely became unmanageable.
After not more than 2 days I called & cancelled my service. I followed with e-mail. I stated that I expected at least a pro-rated refund. Of course, it was not forthcoming. I admit I did not read the online agreement. However, since I joined by phone, I feel that it should have been addressed by the customer service rep that there were no refunds.
After 2 days of initial service, also was, in my opinion, reason enough to refund even $5 of the about $17 initial connect & monthly charge. I had always recommended their service. Since Customer Service is not a part of their "service" I will never, never recommend them to clean my toilet.
