Ripoff, charged $99.00 for software assistance that didn't fix the compute

Dell charged $99.00 for software support which didn't fix the computer. I have spent approx 10 hours on the phone (mostly hold) i have been unable to speak to a supervisor this has been over a 3day time period i have over $400.00 in warranties my computer is not even a year old
