I was sent wrong computer, Dell will not take it back. Ripoff

I ordered two Dell Precision Workstation 370 via Dell's website with a sales rep on the phone to walk me through the order process. The picture of the computer showed a mini-tower (i.E. The cpu sits vertical). I was not offered the option of a vertical or horizontal box and assumed I was ordering the same machine I was looking at on the internet. I was sent two computers that sit horizontally and am told that those are called "desktops". Since the picture and information on the website I ordered from was a mini-tower, that is what I expected to get. I was clearly sent the wrong computers and wanted to exchange one. (My computer crashed and I could not wait over a week to exchange both, so I kept one computer.) Beware, evidently Dell has a 21-day return policy - which is never mentioned by the sales representative or is clearly posted on their website or on your order confirmation. It is hidden under "terms of sale" on their website and I was told by a manager at cumstomer care that this was all that was required by law.

Oh, and that is 21 days from the day you order the thing, folks, not 21 days from when you recieve it!!! I own a small CPA firm and by the time I got my computer instaled, working correctly (I do accounting, not IT stuff) and realized that the horizontal box would not fit at the workstation we ordered it for, the 21 days had passed and according to Dell, I am S.O.L. I still have the computer in the box, never been opened. We contacted them at our first opportunity, April 15th, and they kept telling us they would call us back. We just wanted to exchange the CPU for the one we originally ordered and they would not call us back. We have been trying to exchange this thing for three months and they keep putting us off. Today, after 1 hour and 45 minutes on the phone being transferred from here to there, they told me, quite rudely, to get lost and they weren't going to do anything for me. So, anyone want to buy a $1500 paperweight??? Don't buy anything from Dell, if there is anything wrong, they won't help you. Just like car salespeople, they are really nice until they have your money, then they don't want to deal with you.
