Not a happy Dell Customer at all! Wanted to return a Dell Tower which I had until yesterday to do but when I called yesterday they put me off all day saying their computers where updating and I would have to call back today which according to them was a day late, oh and they had no record of me calling, how convenient for them. I have had Dells for Years but this will be the last! Beware of Dell is all I have to say!!!
Even though I tried to return it the day before which would have been 29 days. Called all day today and got all kinds of names, number and I'd a but to no avail! They would not do what was clearly the right thing to do and take back the tower!
