This company did not provide a $50 gift card as promised in accordance with their agreement. I obtained a credit card as part of this offer, and they refused to issue a gift card. Without getting into too much detail, its obvious that the credit card was obtained during a session initiated thru their web site and obtained as a result of an agreement made that same day.
Yourgiftcards.com claims they have no record of it coming thru their site - but that can hardly be substantiated - and really isn't a consumers's issue anyway - we have no control over that. I doulbt whether it would record such a transaction anyway - my repeated attempts to even obtain a username/password and login to see status of my transaction were unsuccessful. Even after my repeated written letters to them, they have done nothing.
Lastly, this isn't about the stupid $50 gift card -I canlive without it - it's about principal, and these fraudulent practices must be stopped. I commend your site for supporting this cause. Thank you.
