Product late, billed for product two weeks after cancelling, password never received

I logged on to "www.internetincomeinitiative.com" to make money from home. I was supposed to receive a password in a couple hours to log on to this web sight. I called back about four days later and still didn't have a password. I was also supposed to receive a disk in the mail that I paid $3.88 for from my debit card. The disk was about 4 weeks late and I still did not have a password.
I started this 11-19-08 and called them 12-2-08 and left a voice message to cancel. I told them I wanted the $3.88 back and did not want to be billed the $72.00 for future service.
After I received the disk I wrote a letter with my confirmation number for the $3.88 charge and cancelled once again. I mailed it around 12-6-08.
Then today 12-25-08 I noticed on my bank statement that they had indeed charge me the $72.00. They were notified twice, once in a voice mail and once my mail.
So for over $72.00 paid out I received nothing but a disk, no password to access the web site and they ignored two attempts to cancel. I will have to contack my bank before they charge me again. I will also try and call them again. People are really needing extra income and these people are not the ones to go to for that help.
