My monthly SBC phone bill had a charge of$43.60 billed from Integretel. I called SBC and told them I didn't make this call. The man said he had a lot of calls just like mine, it seems this company is busy.
I called Integretel's customer service number, the first time I called, I was cut off. I called back and talk to someone who I think his name was "Darian". He told me he could cut the charge in half. I told him to remove the whole thing. He said I had downloaded something that switched my computer server to their site and that if I didn't pay this bill, they would turn me over to collection.
I told Darian to sue me and he asked for my address so he could do so. I told him to find me and hung up.
Beware of filing a complaint on their site, as it gives them all the info they need to find you.
This is just another scam to ripoff consumers.
