In October I ordered a wheel of Muenster Cheese from CheeseSupply. After weeks of delay, they cancelled the order and told me I would not be charged - but I had already paid via PayPal. PayPal refused to intervene as the company did ship 2 other cheeses ordered at the same time - hence the order was partially fulfilled and PayPal says they do not cover incomplete orders in their guarantee.
CheeseSupply continues to ignore my requests for a refund, despite promises to get on it "within 24 hours". If you must order from this dishonest company - use your credit card!
