Ripped off, after $339 paid by paypal no item, no money back nevada

I ordered a SAT RECEIVER from this person for $339 and paid with PAYPAL. I never got the item and will not return email. I have no phone number.

I talked to PAYPAL. They told me that SINCE I ORDERED FROM A WEB SITE AND NOT EBAY CHECKOUT, They can not get my money back. I always thought that PAYPAL was SAFE. Wrong!!!
paypal gives theives the tools to steel. That is BULL to me.
I will never order anything off of a website and pay with PAYPAL again. If I would have used a credit card I would have filed a dispute and already have my money back.
If anyone finds any info on this guy [email protected] please let me know.

Watch out for PAYPAL it may not always be your friend. I just want people to know that you are not protected using paypal. AT LEASE I DID NOT KNOW THIS INFO.
