Ripoff Omaha

I have used PayPal for about a year with no problems. I was trying to ship a package via UPS and UPS's ship rate was too high, So I voided the shipment. UPS issued a refund to my PayPal account. PayPal will not release the funds to me so that I can ship the package via US Mail.

I reported PayPal to the internet FCC (ifcc. Gov)

PayPal still refuses to give me back my money.
