My friend, Steve, and I placed an order, a gift, on August 25. On September 06, the order was still listed as "pending". I used their Instant Message customer-service, which no longer works, and communicated with Nick S who agreed the order had not been shipped. Nick S. Also agreed to process a refund that same evening.
Their claim is that they DO NOT charge your credit card until the merchandise is shipped. They charged my card the same day I placed the order though the order, by their own admission, was never shipped. Moreover, as of today, there has still not been any refund.
This company goes by many names, has no customer-service or phone number, and does not respond to emails, which they guarantee they will do within 4 to 24 hours.
CheesePeople, Inc. And their aliases are rip-off artists, promising a product, taking your money, then hiding behind a company name with no phone number, physical address, or customer service.
Recommendation: shop elsewhere!
