I discovered an engine modification devise on the internet and ordered one using Paypal. Shortly after (Same day) discovered this was a scammer.
I immediately filed a complaint with Paypal to review this order and they ignored my requests.
This guy went so far as to send me a fake tracking number.
His name is Randy Varmer and He is from the Seattle area.
