In relocating our office effective 7/1, it was discovered that Comcast did not provide at our new location and they are attempting to bill us through 9/23 with no current contract (the last signed service agreement expired. We informed them of our move and attempted to relocate service, a site survey was performed (and they are in the process of adding service right now at this new location) and we had to go with another carrier. The initial contact was made on May 1st. The moved occurred on July 1st and the equipment returned on July 9th. We have been informed that we did not notify until July 23 and we will be billed through September 23. The worst part of this whole ordeal was the representative we spoke to: Claude Garcia who updated our account with false information and was rude beyond belief.
