I placed an order on 2/25 that I STILL have not received (120$!).. Emails to "customer service" go unanswered, the 800# listed on their site is non-existent, they do not provide "order tracking" as stated also on their site.
3 weeks to wait for an order that they claim "ship 2-3 days". Buyer Beware! I had to call my credit card company to get a phone #... Again, messages left, no response! I had to order the same product elsewhere bc my dog needed this medication 5 days ago!
What a disaster!
