No delivery big ripoff

I ordered 2 ink jet refills from this company and have never received anything except a confirmation email. They have charged my account for them, I've sent several emails and made several phone calls. They only list their fax number on the site, you can call them at 770-781-9779, I've called 6 times and never spoken to a human, only left messages. Don't order anything from this company!!!
