I Purchased a Computer from Dell Home Systems which was deliveried to my home on Sept 29. Needless to say the computer was a lemon I could not get the computer to operate and sought the assistance of the dell techs. Needless to say they were unable to assist me and promised a return call after one half hour which I did not get. So I was left hanging with my computer half apart and was not about to wait again for another 35 minutes after having done so twice already. This was Oct 2.
On Oct. 5 the company was notified that I was returning the computer. It was returned to Dell with tracking numbers to verify that they did receive it.
As of today's date December 5 and several certified letters to Dell I am still getting bills for the computer and being constantly harassed on the phone.
I'm at my wits end as to what to do. They won't listen to me. First they said I had to pay for shipping the Lemon computer back to them. Now they're saying I didn't send it back within 2 weeks. (guess they can't count) So they're still charging me and ruining my credit. I'm totally fed-up and just want them to leave me alone. They've gotten their computer Back.
