Fraudulent billing for no service rendered

I have two six minutes called to a United Kingdom number that appears in other reports at this web site. I will be contacting New York State Atourney General's Office for the direct billing that I received. The phone calls were allegedly made on 11/03/04 around 10 - 11 P.M. I have not found any redialer programs on my computer, but I do use an calling card for my long distance calls. I also have a local calling and have had some mis billings with them. They remedied those problems.
