Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I received a bill today 11/15 in the amount of $ 105.00 billing me for 21 minutes for call made to United Kingdom 44 207 335 84- on 10/28/04 at 4.53 P.M. I totally dispute this due to the following reasons..

1. I do not go through my internet to make long distance calls.

2. I already have my own long distance provider and

3. I do not call the United Kingdom...

I feel like I have been violated of my rights and privacy...
Please help!
