I received a bill from One Web Direct Bill stating I made 3 calls to the United Kingdom. I did't make these calls. I was sleeping at the time the first 2 were made, 2:58 A.M. And 3:00 A.M. The 3rd was at 7:15 and I leave for work at that time. The first call at 2:58 was stated to be 6 min. And the second was suposedly 2 minutes later for 6 minutes again. That's physically impossible. I called the 1 800 number and the recording said it would be a long wait because they were receiving so many calls. It also instructed me to write to their website. That is how I found this site to form a complaint. There add. Is a P.O. Box in Texas. If I had made any long distance calls it would be on my long distance, AT&T bill. I work very hard to keep my credit clean and this is very upsetting to me. I live paycheck to paycheck.
