Sends items other than ones advertised ordered, does not send quantity ordered. Does not return e-mails when trying to settle problems with his defective products. Had to call his home after 3 monts of no refund. Refund sent 1 week after phone call to his home. Ebay would not take action against this seller. Said he was not doing anything wrong
