Our household was billed $135. According to Premier, it was for an entertainment fee for access to pay-per-view websites. The invoice shows a date & time when not one of the four people in the household were at home nor were they on the computer.
I have reported this company to the USPS, BBB Ft. Worth, FTC, and IFCC (FBI). I urge others to do so, especially via USPS either via mail or their website. If enough legitimate complaints are made, their box will be seized.
I have also contacted the company through their website and am awaiting a response. Should I not hear from them in the next week, I will contact my lawyer.
