On 7-1-12 i purchased a set of dolls of of ebay, sent the seller a cashiers check from bank of america. Dolls arrived broken, called seller, she had ups pick up dolls, i have receipt. Ups told me she got dolls back, and a refund for what she insured them for. She will not send money back to me, so i opened a case at ebay she was going to send money back, until ebay said they were in favor for her that i did not pay, which i called them they said they would do nothing to her. At this time she refused to send my money back because they went with her. I have the copy of cerfied check, i have the copy of ups where they picked up dolls. Do i have a case of fraud? Can i do anything to ebay, or the seller that will not fix and re send dolls, or send the ups refund, and she already has my money. And i have nothing.
