On 7-1-12 I purchased a set of dolls of ebay, sent the seller a cashiers check from bank of america. Dolls arrived broken, called seller, she had UPS pick up dolls, I have receipt. UPS told me she got dolls back, and a refund for what she insured them for. She will not send money back to me, so I opened a case at ebay she was going to send money back, until ebay said they were in favor for her that I did not pay, which I called them they said they would do nothing to her. At this time she refused to send my money back because they went with her. I have the copy of certified check, I have the copy of UPS where they picked up dolls. Do I have a case of fraud? Can I do anything to ebay, or the seller that will not fix and re send dolls, or send the ups refund, and she already has my money. And I have nothing.
