I terminated my service because I moved out of state. I followed all the return equipment procedures. I have been charged 3 times a termination fee. Do not ever give this company your credit card. Overpriced internet service, worst customer service, and good luck if you're able to speak to someone over the phone regarding your issues. I will let the Better Business Bureau and anyone else I know/meet what a disaster my experience with HughesNet has been.
