Hughesnet does not provide internet reception as advertized.
Hughesnet equipment is not reliable. Very poor connection; slow; not much better than dial-up.
Hughesnet customer service is extremely inadequate with long wait times and very difficult to be transferred to the appropriate contact.
Hughesnet is unreasonable and unwilling to resolve customer complaints.
Would not recommend this service.
