I work for a retail chain and when we acquired a new store we also acquired their HughesNet service. It is my job to be in constant contact with many vendors and I can say from experience that HughesNet has the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. The service reps are of no help whatsoever, often contradict themselves and when I try to tease out a concrete statement from them they run me in verbal circles and never let me pin them down. I do not work in the location we have with the actual service, but it is often not working and when it is, our sales associates say it is extremely slow. Buyer beware! Steer clear of HughesNet and save yourself grief!!
