Pre-ordered the matrix one tablet on sept. 28th it was supposed to arrive in 3 to 4 weeks
After the sixth week I sent several emails and phone calls and this person was acting very nice and saying they were waiting for the tablets to arrive in a couple days, and at the same time he told me they wanted to get rid of all this tablets already, which it didn't make sense because according to him he was waiting for the tablets to arrive.
Thats when I figured he was making things up. Now the website and phone number doesn't exist anymore.
I have been reading other reports on this fake company and they say they just changed the name to strivetek.com, I went to check out that website and in fact they have pictures of a tablet that they call xrt-800
And one of those pictures is a google nexus 7 which I own and I'm using right now to write this report, so it cant be the supposed. Xrt-800this company also have this tablets on pre-order, and the same website format and layout as the mtxone.com. I don't know what to do to get my money back. Any help is very appreciated. Thank You.
