Illing accuracy and falsified sale info - cable billing

I was sold a false cable tier and price which has spiraled out of control, as it has now affected my billing. The managers are joke, and no one seems to care about true customer service at the Kc branch.

After running 3 call centers around the globe, I know a thing our two about customer service. This has been the worst I've ever experienced. Period.
