We signed up for AT&T phone and internet in August but after ordering we canceled the next day thinking we would stick would comcast. Three weeks later an AT&T tech came to our home and mad some changes to the phone box outside and we received the new u-verse modem the next day. We had to call Comcast to change was AT&T did. It took 2 months for AT&T to get their heads out of their asses and send us a return label. Now AT&T sends us a bill for $188 for service we never used and they say they have no record of UPS returning the modem.
