Diet zx
Charged 55.00 for product in october never delivered

I ordered diet zx from the tv and on october 19 they deducted 55.00 from my account. I never received the product. I contacted them in december and they said it was being shipped. I emailed them twice to cancel and requested refund. Still no response. I finally spoke to a live person and he said they would process refund still nothing. I try the 800 number on numerous occassions and still nothing.
