On 4/3 I ordered a pair of glasses with a scratch coat applied.in two weeks the first pair arrived, but did not pass their inspection, so I had to go into the store and ok the ordering of another pair. I waited another 2 weeks and went back to the store to be fitted and pick these up. I have worn these for a little more than 4 months and there seemed to be smudges that would not clean off the lenses. I took them back to the store and was told that the scratch coat had been scratched and we would have to send them back and order another pair. (I had bought the $30.00 protection with the first pair) This was done on 9/11. After two weeks I was notified that the new ones were in. I went into the store on 9/26 and was told that there were scratches around the drill mount and these would also be sent back to the lab! I could not believe it. I am now waiting for pair #4!! I think this is unacceptable when you are paying $500 for a pair of glasses!!
