I ordered two pairs of glasses — one regular pair and one pair of sunglasses two months ago. The sunglasses came back with untinted lenses. I was told they had submitted the order incorrectly and the order would be resubmiited.
Two weeks later I went back. The glasses were still sitting there unchanged! This time I was told the manager and lab person are no longer employed by them. (Meanwhile I saw the person who waited on me before and who had identified herself as the manager waiting on a customer!) To "keep you from getting mad at us" the girl at the desk gave me the plain glasses "as our gift." These were frames meant for sunglasses so I'm not likely to ever wear this "gift" and they know it.
The order was again resubmitted (or so I was told). It's been three more weeks with no call to say my glasses are in. I'm going there again today and will be sure to tell them I've submitted an online complaint. I only wish I'd known about this forum before I put out nearly $600 for what is turning out to be only one pair of glasses I'll ever use.
