Owner accepted money for a pre-paid package of Pilates lessons, then closed up shop

Owner accepted prepayment for several Pilates classes then simply closed up show. Phone is disconnected and website is down www.fittothecorepilates.com. No forwarding information listed. Filing for a refund through my credit card company. I know this happened to several of my friends as well. Big thumbs down.
