I saw an infomercial on TV about Windsor Pilates and it looked like a great deal. It was $24.00 for the pilates circle and tapes and $10.00 for the vitamins. I called and ordered it with a rush for an extra $5.99.
I got the vitamins but not the rest of my order. I called and they resent it. My bank balnce looked incorrect so I called the bank. This company took out $74.43 from my account without authorization. The woman atr the bank said this has happened to her and they said it was part of the trial offer.
I called the company and they sais it was part of the trial offer. I was not told anything about a trial offer when I placed my order. The woman on the phone was rude ans told me I had to wait until I received the new set of vitamins and then return it to get a credit. I was also charged $50.48. She rudely told me it was not from them, it might be from Windsor Pilates. I ordered everything (I thought from 1 company). I had to ask her for the phone number for Pilates because she was not forthcomiing with it.
Beware of them. Once you order, they will start debiting your bank account and sending you stuff you didn't order.
