Did Not Ship Order, Nonresponsive to Multiple Emails and Voicemails!

Do not do business with this website. I ordered an herbal supplement that I desperately need for a serious medical condition, and they appear to be the only supplier of this product that has a blend of three ingredients that help. The first time I ordered through them I had no problems. However, this time I placed my order on August 3 and by the third week in August it had not arrived. I called them and they told me that the manufacturer had been out of stock (note they never had the courtesy to inform me of this) but it was going to be shipped to me that week and it was shipping from Buffalo, NY (I live in Charlotte, NC).

After another week, I still have nothing. Then I sent an email which they did respond to and they told me it shipped on August 24, but they could not obtain a tracking number from the Postal Service and that for my trouble they were going to send me an additional product. Well, it is now September 12th and I have not ever received either item! I sent numerous other emails and they are now bouncing, so I think they have blocked me. They have not responded to my voicemails either. I can only conclude this is a very shady company who takes your money and does not ship out products.
